Skin Cancer Examination & Removal

Select GPs have specialist training in skin checks, biopsies, and skin cancer removals.

Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments

Our nurse will work closely with your GP to conduct relevant Health Assessments or to develop a personalised Chronic Disease Management Plan for you. These services are fully covered by Medicare and incurs no out of pocket cost.

Cancer Screening

In accordance with cancer screening Australia guidelines.

Veterans’s Affairs

We provide all services to DVA (white and gold) cardholders, including 3 monthly health chats initiated by our practice nurses, regular chronic disease care plans, health assessments and many more.

Work Cover and Other Insurance Claims

All practitioners at CCFP are thorough with work cover claims.

All payments are the responsibility of the claimant. Once the claim has been accepted by the relevant insurer, the invoices will be sent directly to the insurer by the practice on behalf of the claimant.

Other insurance forms such as income protection, superannuation or TPD will incur a private fee. Fees will depend on the time taken to complete forms.

Pre employment and Commercial Driving Licence Medical Checks

Call reception for more information and review fees for these checks. Please bring relevant forms if available or a relevant template will be filed by your treating doctor.

Medicinal Cannabis

This service is provided only by Dr Perera, you will require a referral form your doctor for this appointment.
Medicinal Cannabis can be used to treat multiple conditions that do not respond to routine medical treatment. Dr Perera has assisted many patients with managing pain, seizures and anxiety with the use of Medicinal Cannabis.

This appointment type cannot be booked online, call reception for assistance in making a booking.

*Consultation fees may vary form $250 – $350 with a Medicare rebate of $41.40 – $80.10
*Consultation duration is approximately 1 hour.
