Our GPs provide comprehensive care for patients at every stage of life—from newborns to the elderly. We are equipped to manage your overall health and can coordinate with experienced medical specialists and allied health professionals whenever needed.

We provide personalised care for older adults, including:

• Home visits and nursing home visits (by prior arrangement with your doctor)

Our GPs are experienced in supporting a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
Care may include:

• Developing a Mental Health Care Plan tailored to your needs
• Providing dedicated mental health consultations
• Offering ongoing support and, where appropriate, referrals to psychologists, psychiatrists, or other specialists

Our GPs provide comprehensive skin cancer assessments, including full skin examinations, dermatoscopy, biopsies, and minor surgical procedures where clinically appropriate.

Some of our GPs have undertaken additional training in skin cancer medicine. Where required, patients will be referred to specialist services for further management.

Our nurse works collaboratively with your GP to deliver appropriate health assessments and to support the development of an individualised Chronic Disease Management Plan tailored to your needs. These services are Medicare-funded for eligible patients. If you meet the relevant criteria, there will be no out-of-pocket costs.

We provide evidence-based cancer screening in accordance with the Cancer Council Australia guidelines and national screening programs, including:

• Breast cancer screening
• Cervical screening (Cervical Screening Test)
• Bowel cancer screening

Your GP can also assess individual cancer risks, arrange appropriate investigations, and coordinate referrals to specialists when indicated.”

We offer comprehensive and confidential men’s health services, including:

• Mental health support
• Sexual and reproductive health (including erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation)
• Fertility assessment and advice
• Relationship and wellbeing support
• Alcohol and other drug support
• Smoking cessation
• HIV management and prevention, including PrEP

Where appropriate, referrals to allied health or specialist services will be arranged.”

Our GPs provide a range of women’s health services, including:

• Menstrual concerns and period pain management
• Perimenopause and menopause care
• Sexual and reproductive health
• Iron deficiency management (including iron infusions where clinically indicated)

We provide pregnancy and postnatal care services, including:

• Shared antenatal care in partnership with local hospitals
• Postnatal care, including maternal mental health support
• Breastfeeding and lactation advice

We provide services to eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Gold and White Card holders.

Services may include:

• Health assessments
• Chronic disease management
• Preventive care and nurse-led follow-up

Eligibility criteria and billing arrangements are in accordance with DVA guidelines.

Our GPs can assist with icare WorkCover claims and medical documentation.

• Fees are payable at the time of consultation unless prior arrangements are in place
• Once a claim is accepted, accounts may be submitted to the insurer
• Completion of insurance-related forms (e.g. income protection, TPD, superannuation) attracts private fees based on time required

We perform pre-employment medicals and commercial driver licence assessments.

We offer a comprehensive range of government-funded and private vaccinations in line with the Australian Immunisation Register and National Immunisation Program:

• Childhood and catch-up immunisations
• School-based vaccines
• COVID-19 vaccinations
• Annual influenza vaccinations
• Shingles vaccination
• Travel vaccinations
• Whooping cough, tetanus, and diphtheria
• Meningococcal vaccines

Availability and eligibility may vary.

Our practice provides selected intravenous treatments where clinically indicated following assessment by one of our doctors. These services may include:

• Therapeutic venesection where clinically indicated (for example in the management of haemochromatosis or other appropriate conditions).
• Iron infusions for patients with confirmed iron deficiency when clinically appropriate.
• Intravenous fluid therapy where clinically indicated including for dehydration.

All intravenous treatments require a medical consultation to assess suitability and discuss the potential benefits, risks, alternatives and costs before treatment is provided.

Procedures are performed under medical supervision by appropriately trained clinical staff in accordance with current clinical guidelines. Fees apply.

Ultrasound services are available onsite through an independent provider

Dedicated consultation times are available for cosmetic medicine services at Camden Central Family Practice.

All patients are required to attend an initial consultation prior to any cosmetic procedure. This consultation allows the practitioner to assess clinical suitability, discuss appropriate treatment options, and outline potential risks and benefits.

Services available may include:

• High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU)
• Laser treatments
• Photobiomodulation (PBM)
• PDO (polydioxanone) threads
• Skin resurfacing procedures
• Fractional (Fraxel-type) laser treatments

Consultation regarding anti-wrinkle treatments (prescription-only medicines)

Please note that not all patients will be suitable for treatment. A personalised management plan will be determined during the consultation.

We also provide a range of general practice procedures and investigations, including:
