Dr Minushi Perera is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. She completed her MD with Honours in St Petersburg, Russia, in 2003, and is fluent in English, Sinhalese, and Russian.

She has worked extensively in General Practice in Crookwell and Goulburn. Before pursuing family medicine, Dr Perera gained broad hospital experience in Intensive Care, Anaesthesia, and Emergency Medicine.

Her practice spans the full spectrum of general medicine, with particular interests in:

• Skin cancer diagnosis and removal
• Diabetes and asthma management
• Women’s health, including fertility and libido
• Children’s health
• Workers compensation claims

In addition to general practice, Dr Perera provides cosmetic and aesthetic medical services. These include:

• Anti-wrinkle injections
• Dermal and cosmetic fillers
• Skin rejuvenation treatments

(All cosmetic treatments are conducted in accordance with current RACGP and legislative guidelines, with a focus on patient safety, informed consent, and evidence-based care)

Outside of medicine, Dr Perera is passionate about the outdoors and is often found taking part in running events. She also enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Anett Wegerhoff has been providing care to the Camden community as a GP since 1995.

Passionate about improving community health, she has been extensively involved in collaborative projects and committees across the Local Health District and the South Western Sydney Primary Health Network (SWSPHN). She currently serves as Chair of the Women’s, Children’s and Family Advisory Committee, Vice Chair of the SWSPHN Clinical Council, and is a member of the regional Menopause Steering Committee. Dr. Wegerhoff is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an active member of the Australian Menopause Society.

Her areas of expertise include:

Women’s Health: fertility, antenatal care, gynaecology, menopause, and perimenopause

Chronic Disease Management: diabetes, asthma, and other long-term conditions

She welcomes new patients for antenatal care and menopause management and consults in both English and German.

Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Wegerhoff enjoys yoga, cooking, and gardening.

Dr. Amadeus Klocker completed his medical studies at the University of New South Wales before gaining experience at Bankstown and Campbelltown Hospitals. He went on to undertake General Practice training in Goulburn and Crookwell, and has been part of our team since 2019.

He has a special interest in managing complex health conditions, particularly in the areas of mental health, chronic pain, and substance use.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Klocker enjoys woodworking, photography, and skiing.

Dr. Sasi Balaraman graduated from medical school in 1991 and initially worked extensively in Anaesthesia before completing her specialist training in General Practice in 2010.

She provides holistic care across all areas of general practice, with particular interests in:

Menopause, Perimenopause, Antenatal Care
Skin Cancer Management
Asthma and Respiratory Care
Health of Older Adults

Dedicated to supporting patients through every stage of life, Dr. Balaraman is known for her compassionate and thorough approach to care.

Dr. Christopher Touma graduated from the University of Western Sydney in 2015. He began his career working in Orange, NSW, before relocating to Camden in 2022. He obtained his Fellowship in General Practice in 2021 and has additional training in Child and Family Health.

Dr. Touma consults across all areas of general practice, with particular interests in preventive health care and men’s health. He is also an accredited prescriber of HIV prevention medication (PrEP).

Please note: Dr. Touma does not perform cervical screening tests (Pap smears) or full body skin cancer checks.

Amanda Pilottos, affectionately known as Mandy, began her nursing career in 1987 after completing her training at Liverpool Hospital, where she was part of the second last group of trainees to graduate through the hospital system. She now brings over 36 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Her career spans a wide range of nursing roles, including surgical nursing, community nursing for Veterans Affairs patients, and aged care at Queen Victoria Memorial Home in Picton. For the past 18.5 years, she has specialised in General Practice nursing at Camden Central Family Practice.

Mandy is passionate about general practice, valuing the opportunity to help keep the local community safe and healthy while building long-term relationships with patients, their families, and her colleagues. She especially enjoys witnessing the positive outcomes that come from continuity of care and takes pride in educating patients to better understand and manage their health. Her key area of interest is Chronic Disease Management, and she is committed to lifelong learning and sharing her knowledge with others.

Beyond her clinical role, Mandy is deeply involved in pastoral care and has a heart for supporting women, particularly single mothers navigating divorce and separation. She also treasures time spent with her large, supportive family.

Ray is the owner and director of Camden Central Family Practice, together with his wife Dr Perera since December 2020.

With his extensive experience in marketing and business management Ray has been able to elevate the practice to an enriched modern standard, whilst preserving its core values.

Ray is well-versed in various programming languages and frameworks, and has implemented online booking with HotDoc, new computer software, and a modern phone system, this has helped to make CCFP more streamlined and convenient for our staff and patients.

With a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture, Ray has played a key role in building a fantastic team at CCFP to support the community and the independent practitioners that care for them. In his spare time Ray enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing soccer, Go- kart racing and enjoying the cricket.
